Tranquil Equine

Tranquil E is based on an aqueous infusion of Valerian, produced in the UK as a complementary feed for horses and ponies. It is a natural calmer for horses and ponies that are excitable, sharp, or highly strung, and for situations where a horse is difficult to settle.

Tranquil E can be fed ahead of planned activities that a horse may find unsettling, for example, travelling or schooling. Feed for one or two days before the activity and again on the day. Some horses and ponies are simply sharper by nature. If yours is unsettled by loud noise, severe weather, sudden movement, or new surroundings, Tranquil E can be fed on a regular basis.

Please note: Valerian is a prohibited substance under FEI and BHA rules. Tranquil E must not be fed to horses competing under those rules. Check withdrawal requirements with your governing body before use.
