Returns & Replacements

The policy set out below relates specifically to the return of goods purchased through our web store or via telephone. All items can be returned to us as long as the delivery note is provided by the customer as proof of original purchase. We hope every time you shop with us, that you and your animals are truly happy and that you have received your items in tip top condition, but if you haven't please inform us within 3 working days of delivery.

Unwanted item?

If you no longer want your purchase and it remains unopened and unused, you can arrange to return it to us within seven days of receipt for a refund. Please be aware that we may not refund your postage costs, as there is no error on our part.

Returning a larger and/or expensive item?

For large and/or expensive items, we may arrange for a courier to collect your purchase. In this event, we will contact you to arrange a suitable collection time that is convenient to you. If there is no error on our part and you require this service, we will quote the cost for this service at the time of your call.

Distance Selling Regulations

If your order has been placed via the telephone or internet, under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund for any home delivery item. This does not include food products that have been opened/unsealed. If the order has already been dispatched then we can not provide this service and you will need to view the unwanted item section above. Any open and/or used products are excluded from the right to cancel.

Refunds Policy

When you send your item back to us, within 3-5 days of receipt we will process the returned item and make a payment back to the credit card or debit card you originally paid with.

Exchanges Policy

We are unable to exchange goods from one order to another. In all cases we would handle your returned item as a straight forward return and refund the payment back on the credit or debit card you originally paid with as per the refunds policy (above).If you do require another item, a new order would need to be raised and charged separately and the funds will be taken for the new order before you will have received a refund for the returned item(s).

ANY DAMAGED OR SHORT DELIVERED GOODS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS OF RECEIPT OF GOODS.
